Single or Dual Shareholder

  • Need 1 year Bank Statement with AED 50,000.00/= balance (for all shareholders).
  • Previous visit or tourist visa copy of each shareholder.
  • Police Clearance Certificate for all shareholders.
  • Current employment proof for all shareholders.
  • Any one or both can be the bank signatory.
  • No need physical office.

 

Triple or More Shareholder

  • Need 1 year Bank Statement with AED 50,000.00/= balance (for all shareholders).
  • Previous visit or tourist visa copy of each shareholder.
  • Police Clearance Certificate for all shareholders.
  • Current employment proof for all shareholders.
  • 1 or 2 person can be the bank signatory.
  • Need physical office with desk of each shareholder.
